Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and has worked in a variety of settings: school, private practice, and telehealth. Anne graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, then went on to pursue her passion of Counseling with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from Lamar University. Anne's approach to therapy is integrative, providing an atmosphere of acceptance, genuine caring, and non-judgement while assisting you in focusing on your relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Anne wants to help you discover your personal strengths and reach your goals. Anne works with teens (ages 16 and up), college students, adults, and couples. Treatment areas include: Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Trauma, and Relationship Issues.
